The Electronic Magneto Telephone Desk Type is designed to meet communication requirements in Railways and similar set ups  in between two or more stations  It is fully solid state and works on 12V rechargeable cells A push button switch is used to alert the party at the other end by giving a buzzer tone two beeps can be used by pressing twice when using in between more than two stations 

A side tone is also heard in the Telephone of the sending station The indications for the incoming ring is given by a green LED on the telephone housing This is designed to replace Conventional Magneto Telephone with hand cranking generator thus named as Electronic Magneto Telephone

Mainly Follows Electrical parameters as per IRS TC 79 2000 of Indian Railway
